How cancellations, credits, AI processing refunds, Expert Cleanup refunds, failed deliveries, and chargebacks work for studiodrop.
Subscription cancellations
If studiodrop offers subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
Credit purchases
Credits, prepaid balances, or usage packs are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase.
AI processing refunds
Because AI processing consumes computing resources immediately after submission, completed AI edits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered if the service failed technically, files could not be processed, or duplicate charges occurred.
Expert Cleanup refunds
For Expert Cleanup services, orders may be canceled before manual work begins. Once editing work has started, refunds are generally unavailable.
If the delivered result is materially defective, users should contact support within 7 days of delivery.
Failed deliveries
If we are unable to complete a service due to unsupported image formats, corrupted uploads, or technical limitations, we may provide reprocessing, service credits, or partial or full refunds at our discretion.
Refund decisions may depend on payment processor rules, fraud review, account activity, and applicable law.
Chargebacks
Users agree to contact studiodrop support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Policy changes
We may modify this policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
