Welcome to studiodrop, an AI-powered product photo cleanup platform for online sellers. By accessing or using the studiodrop website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

studiodrop provides tools for product image editing and enhancement, including AI background removal, marketplace-ready exports, Smart Fix brush correction, image enhancement, AI-generated studio backgrounds, and optional Expert Cleanup performed by human catalogue editors.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you own or have permission to use and upload the content you submit, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant studiodrop a limited, non-exclusive license to process, modify, store, and display it internally solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You agree not to upload or use content that violates intellectual property rights, contains illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, explicit, or prohibited material, contains malware, or violates privacy or publicity rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Our Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems. Results may not always be accurate or perfect, outputs may vary, human review may be required for some edits, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.

studiodrop does not guarantee specific business outcomes or marketplace approval.

Some orders may include manual editing by human catalogue editors. Delivery timelines for Expert Cleanup are estimates and may vary based on complexity, queue volume, and image quality.

We reserve the right to reject images that are unsuitable for editing.

Paid features, subscriptions, or credits may be offered through the platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees, provide valid payment information, and authorize payment processing.

Prices may change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, designs, workflows, and technology, remain the property of studiodrop.

You may not reverse engineer the Services, copy or resell the platform, or use the Services to build competing products.

We may store uploaded and processed images for operational, support, and recovery purposes.

We reserve the right to delete inactive or expired files after a reasonable period. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools, cloud infrastructure, or marketplace platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The Services are provided as is and as available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, studiodrop disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, studiodrop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to studiodrop in the preceding 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless studiodrop from claims arising from your use of the Services, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
